Originally from Texas, I first became interested in UX while working at a transportation company, Apex Capitol. In my department, we were using internal software that was difficult to use and time consuming, so I took the initiative to work out solutions to make the platform more user friendly. Even though it was not initially my role, my ideas were soon brought to life by the engineering team.
Since then, I’ve moved to New York, designed the UX for a fortune 500 company’s corporate site and have established refined design processes at local startups.
